Refund Policy

Change of Mind

Within 3 days of purchase: You may request a partial, pro-rated refund.

After 3 days: Refunds are not available for change-of-mind requests.

Incompetent Delivery

We offer unlimited revisions, reassignments, and rewrites to ensure satisfaction. If, after all efforts, we cannot meet the documented requirements, a refund may be granted based on a mutually agreed proportion.

Delivery Errors

If we fail to deliver your order on time after three attempts to reach us—and documentation proves the delay was our responsibility—a refund will be processed.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Minor technical issues (e.g., grammar, formatting, missing references) will only be eligible for partial refunds or discounts on future orders.

  • Delays caused by the client are not refundable.

  • Projects abandoned for 45+ days without communication will be considered closed and reactivation will require a fee.

Project Closure

A project is considered closed if:

  • It is completed, or

  • No activity occurs for 45 days. After this time, we are not liable for any claims.

Copyright & Ownership

All content delivered is 100% original, and full copyright belongs to the client upon delivery. Unauthorized use of company materials is strictly prohibited.

Plagiarism Policy

We do not encourage, enable, or participate in plagiarism. Customers are solely responsible for any misuse of purchased content. Consequences such as academic penalties or legal action are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Image Policy

We do not own rights to external images unless created by our in-house designers. We may suggest royalty-free image sources, but clients are responsible for ensuring proper usage or licensing.

Revisions

Editing Orders: Corrections will be made for technical or factual issues. Additional changes beyond this may incur extra charges.

Book writing Orders: Small sections may be rewritten until approval. Once approved, further changes may be billed separately.

365 Book Publishers and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Technical failures (internet, devices, software, etc.).
